Wei Jiang received the Ph.D. and M.Sc. degrees in electrical engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, Newark, New Jersey, USA, in 2021 and 2015, respectively.
Her research interests are in the areas of statistical signal processing, learning and optimization theory. These include, but are not limited to radar waveform design, estimation and detection, and MIMO radar. Her overall Ph.D. research goal was learning of radar system for target detection. In particular, she worked on supervised learning, reinforcement learning, and meta-learning. As part of her Ph.D. and Master's degrees, she also worked on the direction of arrival by non-coherent arrays.
Dr. Jiang serves as a regular reviewer for IEEE Transactions on Signal Processing, IEEE Communication Letters, IEEE Wireless Communications Letters, IEEE Signal Processing Letters, IEEE Global Communication Conference (GlobeCom), IEEE Global Conference on Signal and Information Processing (GlobalSIP), and IEEE International Conference on Communications (ICC). She is a member of IEEE.
